Product Introduction

JD5600 is a high-quality compressor oil additive package made with advanced patented technology, which is specially designed for blending various hydrocarbon synthetic and refined mineral oil type air compressor oils.

Product Characteristics

Full formula of compound agent, synergistic effect of each component, balanced and stable formula, no need to add additional supplements to achieve the functions required by the compressor oil.

Advanced ashless technology, does not contain dispersant and other metal salt additives, the modulation of the finished product has excellent cleaning performance, no coking and no carbon deposits.

Outstanding high-temperature thermal oxidative stability, according to the recommended dosage, can give the finished compressor oil excellent oxidative stability, rotary oxygen bomb data is better than the mainstream compressor oil on the market.

Optimized antiwear/extreme pressure performance with selected proprietary antiwear components.

Excellent foam control and water separation properties, outstanding hydrolysis resistance.

Good corrosion and rust resistance, reliable protection for iron, copper and other metals.

Package / Transportation / Storage

Package: 200L Drum.or IBC Tank. Suitable for container and land transportation.Recommended temperature range for unloading and blending: 40~ 60℃. For long-term storage, the recommended temperature should not exceed 60℃.

Recommended Applications of JD5600 Compressor Oil Additive Packages

JD5600 is recommended for the formulation of general-type air compressor oils based on Group III and Group II hydrogenated base oils.

At 1-2% dosage, it can be used to formulate screw air compressor oils with 6000-2000 hours oil change period in different base oil combinations.

Formula description and examples

1. The following formulas are actual use formulas, with rotary oxygen bomb, mixing experiments and other data comparisons.

2. When users refer to the sample formula, they can combine and blend the appropriate viscosity according to the data provided by the base oil supplier.

3. Anti-foaming, demulsifying and coagulation reducing components are already contained in the additive package, so there is no need to add extra.
