DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) is a device installed in the exhaust system of a diesel vehicle that primarily captures and filters particulate matter from the exhaust to reduce the particulate matter (PM) content of emissions. DPF captures particles through surface and internal filtration devices, such as diffusion precipitation, inertial precipitation, or linear interception, which can effectively purify 70 to 90 percent of particulate matter in exhaust.

GPF (Gasoline Particulate Filter) is an exhaust gas aftertreatment unit for gasoline engines that specifically captures particulate matter (PM) from engine combustion to meet increasingly stringent emission regulations.

SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) is the core technology of exhaust gas aftertreatment of diesel engines by converting harmful nitrogen oxides (NOx) into harmless nitrogen (N₂) and water (H₂O) through urea solution to meet stringent emission standards such as National VI and Euro VI.
